Ciao! I’m Fabio, an energetic and passionate Italian bartender with over 18 years of experience across Italy, Spain, and the UK.

For me, cocktails are not just drinks, they are experiences. Each one tells a story, blending flavour, technique, and emotion to create moments people remember.

Drawing inspiration from Italian tradition, Spanish fun, and British creativity, I design events that combine craft, culture, and connection. From immersive masterclasses to private celebrations and curated cocktail & cheese events.

I’m dedicated to keeping alive the spirit of the bar through study, creativity, and storytelling.
